The show alternates comic and musical moments, tackling sensitive issues with lightness and irony.<\/p>\n\n The 71st edition of the Puccini Festival<\/strong> is scheduled from 18 July to 6 September at the open-air Gran Teatro in Torre del Lago.<\/p>\n\n Five operas are on the programme: starting with Tosca<\/em> in a new production directed by Alfonso Signorini<\/strong> and conducted by Giorgio Croci<\/strong>. La boh\u00e8me<\/em> will be directed by Ettore Scola<\/strong> and conducted by Pier Giorgio Morandi<\/strong>. Turandot<\/strong> will follow, again directed by Alfonso Signorini<\/strong> and conducted by Renato Palumbo<\/strong>.
