The main residence has been finely restored and well preserved by the family that still owns it today. In the various rooms of the historic residence, both in the living and sleeping areas, we find floors in majolica or cement tiles that alternate with inlaid parquet, for the internal and external fixtures, the doors and the main door solid wood was used, the bathrooms they have ceramic coverings laid in a mosaic pattern. Villa Elisa represents a unique object of its kind, a property with a large extension and extra-luxury features that make it fascinating as a housing solution or captivating as an investment.
Awarded the Orange Flag by the Italian Touring Club, Peccioli is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and dominates the Valdera from a hill planted with vineyards. The profile of the village is recognizable from the bell tower of the Pieve di San Verano, the work of the architect Bellincioni, author of other bell towers in Valdera. Peccioli boasts a diverse museum complex which includes the Archaeological Museum, the Palazzo Pretorio Museum, the Museum of Sacred Art and the Bell Tower (42 meters high). The surroundings, with splendid hilly landscapes, are dotted with hamlets, including Fabbrica with the Romanesque parish church, Libbiano, Montelopio (former refuge of the Knights Templar) and Legoli, with a tabernacle by Benozzo Gozzoli in the Chapel of Santa Caterina.
