Basement:
The basement of Villa Palma houses the caretaker's quarters, which include a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. This level also contains technical and service rooms, as well as a car garage. Due to its lower position, it is not possible to see what happens inside the main structure from this floor, ensuring privacy and discretion.
Ground floor:
The ground floor features one of the three living areas present in the villa, a spacious living area that offers direct access to the outdoor spaces. This level also includes a modern kitchen, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. The rooms are designed to be bright and welcoming, with access to large terraces offering breathtaking views.
