LOCATION
Villa Bernardini dates back to 1664, when Count Bernardini created a haven in the southern part of the hills surrounding the ancient walls of Lucca.

Today Villa Bernardini is an elegant and exclusive retreat with a typical Tuscan character, sur-rounded by a beautiful park with ornamental ponds and ancient fountains, time-forgotten courtyards and Italian gardens scented with lemons.
INTERIOR LAYOUT
The villa is on two floors for a total of 1680 square meters. The 12 rooms, on the first floor, each with its own individual style, can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests and give the opportunity to live with grace and elegance immersed in the typical Tuscan style, with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and warm and welcoming colours.
The living area includes a wine library with a collection of Tuscan wines, a card and billiard room, a domed music room with log fireplace, grand banquet room, a large Tuscan kitchen, several com-fortable lounges as well as a workout room.
With original features and picturesque views over hills and olive groves, Villa Bernardini is a home of beauty, tranquillity and charm: the perfect place for events and the gathering of family and friends where days are timeless and memorable.

Each room of the villa has luxury and original finishes. Each double bedroom has its own individual style and an en-suite bathroom, the typical Tuscan kitchen is fully equipped, there are indoor and outdoor dining areas, satellite TV and DVD, library, centralized music system, wine tasting room, music room, Wi-Fi, fitness room, safe in every room, fireplace, banquet room, air conditioning, sun lounge, game room with billiard, surveillance system.
Outside we find the swimming pool (18m x 8m x 1.8 m), alfresco dining area, barbecue, Italian gar-den, fountains, gazebo and private parking.

The Tuscan Wine Roads, together with those of Flavors, are one of the most interesting routes to discover the lesser-known corners of the area, villas and farmhouses, farms and cellars where you can taste the best labels. In an hour's drive, you can reach nearby Liguria to visit the Cinque Terre: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore.
